stayed at best western. loved the location, friendly staff, and late-open pools. the clean room with comfy beds and adjustable temperature made our stormy day much better. breakfast was good, but a bit of a wait. overall, satisfied with the stay.

Excellent experience there. Clean venue and accommodating employees. Booked a huge room with the bathroom, a Jacuzzi tub, a king bed. Plenty of excellent food. Great pool, parking nearby.

There are great services here, and they have a really nice pool to enjoy! 🏊‍♂️

A pleasant surprise!

Location was excellent, felt safe. Loved the AC, perfect for a hot sleeper! While the bed was uncomfortable, the two nice pools made up for it. Great for families too!

The Best Western Plaza Inn offered stunning views of the river and picturesque surroundings, making my stay a truly memorable experience. The three pools on the premises were perfect for unwinding and cooling off after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay.

The AC in the room was inconsistent, making it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature, which affected my sleep quality.

The hotel was fairly clean, I appreciated it.

The breakfast had a good mix of options, the staff were super nice, and our room was spacious. The indoor pool is a great spot to unwind after a day out, while my grandson loves the adjoining trampoline park. Only hitch was the slow-draining sink, but nothing to put a damper on our overall enjoyable stay. 🌟

The Best Western Plaza Inn in Pigeon Forge impressed me with its modern amenities and comfortable room. The spacious room with a king-size bed and a fireplace was a delightful surprise, providing a cozy atmosphere. The indoor and outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxation, and the small balcony added a charming touch to the experience.

The room I stayed in opened directly to the indoor pool, which was convenient for a quick dip, but it did get a bit noisy at times. The pool's closing time of 10:30 PM meant that the sounds of people swimming and chatting could be heard inside the room, which slightly affected the tranquility of the evening.

Everything was perfectly fine, we had fine 3 days here. Warm and gorgeous breakfasts with a local pancake house.

This place's fantastic location near a theme park and restaurants, flanked by mountain views and a river, is simply wonderful.
